Is LowFlo a HIIT Class?

LowFlo is NOT a HIIT class.

There is no high intensity interval training at LowFlo, our sessions are carefully designed to balance strength, mobility, and recovery.

Each of our classes—Strength, Sculpt, and Restore—offers a unique approach that goes beyond just high-intensity intervals.

We focus on functional movements, controlled strength exercises, and active recovery to ensure you get a well-rounded workout that leaves you feeling strong, balanced, and rejuvenated.

Do you have changing rooms?

Yes, we do! At LowFlo, we provide changing rooms fully equipped with lockers and shower facilities, so you can freshen up before or after your workout. Whether you’re heading to work, home, or out with friends, you’ll have everything you need to get ready right here at the gym.

What Should I Do Before My First Session?

Before your first session at LowFlo, we recommend arriving at the gym about 15 minutes early.

This gives us time to provide a quick induction where we’ll walk you through our space, explain what to expect during the class, and answer any questions you might have.

Additionally, ensure you’ve filled out the required WAIVER form, which helps us understand your fitness level and any health concerns.

Wear comfortable workout gear, bring a water bottle, and get ready to enjoy your first LowFlo experience!
