LowFlo LIFT — Your Signature Strength Class
This is where it all comes together. A 45-minute, low-impact session designed to build muscular strength, endurance, aerobic capacity and mobility all in one. Using SkiErg, dumbbells, resistance bands and dedicated mobility work, LIFT delivers structured, progressive training that targets different muscle groups for balanced development, without overloading the body. Attend consistently and expect increased mobility, improved cardiovascular fitness and substantial strength gains.
LIFT & Conditioning — Your Highest Intensity Offering
Ready to push harder? A 45-minute, interval-based class that incorporates SkiErg conditioning stations to elevate your heart rate, improve work capacity and drive performance all while remaining low impact. Expect high energy, serious effort and the feel-good atmosphere that keeps you coming back for more.
LIFT & Stretch — Strength With a Slower Finish
Strength, then reset. A 45-minute low-impact strength class following the same structured format as LIFT, using dumbbells and resistance bands without the SkiErg. The session finishes with 10 minutes of guided stretching and mobility work to improve flexibility, support recovery and leave you feeling restored.
